1. About Us
REAL Academy is a trading name of N&T Real Learning & Development Ltd, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus on 16 April 2026, with registration number HE 491176 (Organization number: 676155), under the Companies Law, Cap. 113. Registered address: 29, Gerasimou Markora, Office 001, 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the REAL Academy website (real-academy.eu) and your participation in any of our training programmes and services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in any REAL Academy programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Our Services
REAL Academy provides professional training and continuing professional development (CPD) programmes for individuals and organisations operating in the real estate and property sector in Cyprus. Our programmes are delivered in the following formats: in-person classroom seminars and workshops, live online (synchronous) sessions, and on-demand pre-recorded modules.

Programme details, dates, fees, and delivery formats are communicated directly to participants and client organisations via our website, email correspondence, and programme documentation.
4. Enrolment & Booking
Enrolment in REAL Academy programmes is currently handled offline. To register for a programme, participants or organisations should contact us at info@real-academy.eu. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed enrolment form or written confirmation from REAL Academy, together with a valid purchase order or invoice acceptance where applicable.

REAL Academy reserves the right to decline or cancel any enrolment at its discretion, including where a programme is fully subscribed or where eligibility requirements are not met.
5. Fees & Payment
Programme fees are communicated at the time of enrolment and are set out in the relevant invoice or service agreement. All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due within the period specified on the invoice. REAL Academy reserves the right to withhold access to programme materials or participation until payment has been received in full.

For ANAD/HRDA-subsidised programmes, the subsidy is applied in accordance with the rules of the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus. The participant or sponsoring organisation remains responsible for any portion of the fee not covered by the subsidy, as well as for compliance with all ANAD eligibility and documentation requirements.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at real-academy.eu. All requests must be submitted in writing to info@real-academy.eu.
7. Intellectual Property
All content produced and distributed by REAL Academy, including course materials, presentations, handouts, recorded sessions, and website content, is the intellectual property of N&T Real Learning & Development Ltd unless otherwise stated. Participants may use materials for their own professional development purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any REAL Academy content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Participant Obligations
By enrolling in a REAL Academy programme, participants agree to engage respectfully with trainers and fellow participants, to comply with any attendance or participation requirements communicated in advance, to not record sessions without prior written consent from REAL Academy, and to use programme content solely for lawful and professional purposes.

REAL Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms.
9. Certificates & CPD Records
Where a certificate of completion or CPD record is issued, it is conditional upon satisfactory attendance and participation as defined by the specific programme requirements. REAL Academy does not guarantee that any programme will satisfy the CPD requirements of any particular professional body other than those explicitly stated in the programme description.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, N&T Real Learning & Development Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in a programme or use of our website, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of professional opportunity, or failure to meet CPD obligations.

Our total liability to any participant or client in connection with a programme shall not exceed the fees paid by that participant or client for that specific programme.
11. Data Protection
REAL Academy processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Cypriot data protection legislation. Details of how we collect, use, and protect your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, available at real-academy.eu.
12. Website Use
The content on real-academy.eu is provided for general informational purposes. While we endeavour to keep information accurate and up to date, REAL Academy makes no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content. We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without notice.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
14. Changes to These Terms
REAL Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
