The real estate and construction sectors are at the forefront of the global transition towards more sustainable development models. Increasing demands for energy efficiency, environmental responsibility and higher-quality living and working environments have made sustainability a fundamental element of every modern development project.

This programme explores the core principles and emerging trends of sustainable development in the real estate sector, together with the practical tools that can be applied throughout the design, construction and management of buildings. Participants will gain a practical understanding of how sustainable practices can reduce operating costs, improve energy performance, enhance user experience and create long-term value.

Particular emphasis will be placed on the internationally recognised LEED and BREEAM green building certification systems, their key requirements and the benefits they offer to property owners, investors, developers and building users. Through practical examples and case studies, participants will examine how these certifications influence commercial value, investment attractiveness and the overall performance of real estate assets.
